This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

PCC She Run is organised by PCC Cancer Care & Research Center together with Oncourage Cancer Care Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit company, CIN U86100MH2025NPL461017.

For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Oncourage Cancer Care Foundation is the Data Fiduciary for personal data submitted through this website, and you are the Data Principal.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the group and corporate registration form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address
• The type and name of your organisation or group
• The approximate number of participants
• Your category of interest
• Anything you choose to write in the message field
• Whether you have requested a free cancer awareness session

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep that correspondence and the contact details you used.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see Your rights.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Who we share it with

• Netlify — our website host and the service that receives form submissions. Netlify stores data on servers outside India.
• Google — receives your IP address when fonts load.
• Our event team — the staff and volunteers of PCC Cancer Care & Research Center and Oncourage Cancer Care Foundation who are organising the run.
• Authorities — where we are required by law, or where it is necessary to respond to a medical emergency at the event.

5. Children and school groups

Children take part in She Run, usually through schools and colleges. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the personal data of anyone under 18 may only be processed with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Because of that:

• Please do not enter a child's personal details into the form on this website. The group form is for the adult coordinator only — the teacher, HR manager or society secretary making the enquiry.
• Give us participant numbers, not names, at the enquiry stage.
• Where a school or group enters children, the school or group is responsible for obtaining parental consent for each child, and must hold those consents.
• Individual entries for minors must be completed by a parent or guardian on the registration platform.
• We do not use children's data for tracking or for any form of targeted advertising.

6. Health information

Do not send us medical or health information through this website. The form on this site is for event logistics only. It is not a medical enquiry channel, it is not monitored by clinicians, and it is not a secure route for health data.

If you have a health concern, or a question about cancer screening or treatment, please contact PCC Cancer Care & Research Center directly on +91 93727 66965, or see a doctor. Medical records held by PCC as a healthcare provider are governed separately by the applicable medical confidentiality and records rules, not by this website policy.

Any medical or emergency-contact information needed to take part in the run is collected by the registration platform or on the race-day indemnity form, not here.

7. Photography and filming at the event

PCC She Run is a public event, and it is photographed and filmed. Images and footage may be used by PCC Cancer Care & Research Center and Oncourage Cancer Care Foundation in event reports, on social media, on this website, in press coverage, and in material shown to sponsors and partners.

By taking part, you accept that you may appear in such images. If you would prefer not to appear, or would like a specific photograph of you removed from our channels, write to us at admin.vashi@drpushpakchirmade.co.in and we will do our best to accommodate the request. We cannot control images taken and published by other participants, spectators or the press.

8. How long we keep it

• Group enquiry data — kept for the duration of the event cycle and up to 24 months afterwards, so that we can invite you to the next edition.
• Correspondence — kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and then for a reasonable period for our records.
• Financial and statutory records — kept for the period required by Indian law.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

9. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and are accessible only to authorised members of our team. We limit access to those who need it to organise the event.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

10. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we are using it
• Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
• Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied
• Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

To exercise any of these, email admin.vashi@drpushpakchirmade.co.in with the subject line "Data request". We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case as required by law. We may need to verify your identity first.
